Was born in Pavlovsk. In 1979 he
graduated from Academy of Fine Artz named after Repin. He
participated in more than seventy art exhibitirnz.Workz
of Andrei Sinitsa are displayed in art museumz and
private collections in Russia, the United statez, France,
Germany and Finland.
